Cancellations/Refunds

• 7 Days: You can cancel up to 7 Days prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES! You will receive a full refund.
• Less than 7 Days: If you can cancel within less than 7 Days prior to your activity taking place you forfeit deposit.

Late arrivals and No-shows are considered to be cancellations. Notification of late arrivals will be given consideration for future accommodation. No refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds Due To Bad Weather

• Bahama Boat Tours: If Bahama Boat Tours cancels AND can’t accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.
• Bad Weather: If Bahama Boat Tours cancels due to bad weather AND can’t accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.
• Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes: If your cruise ship changes itinerary and prevents you from participating in your excursion you will be issued a full refund.
• All refunds we process over $100 will be subject to 10% service charge

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS

• No Shows: If you, or a member of your party, does not show up for your activity you will be responsible for the full amount.
• Showing Up Late: If you, or a member of your party, show up late and are not able to participate you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity.

Other Requests

Confirmation: Bahama Boat Tours will email all activity reservation confirmations to the email address you provide us at the time of reservation. The confirmation contains all the important details and instructions about your activity reservation. We kindly ask that you print a copy of the confirmation and bring it with you as proof of reservation.

PREGNANT WOMEN ARE NOT ALLOWED ON TOUR
NO HEELS AND NO LARGE BAGS OVER 30LBS ARE ALLOWED.
